Gustavo Redondo Herguedas is the futsal coach player. He played in 2nd division in Spain, Valladolid, Valencia, Bujalance, Tenerife and Jumilla, and later 1st division in France, Romania and Cyprus.

 

According to Sportfm.az, he spent his last season in Australia. It was incredible experience. And he was the coach player in Bastia (France).

-About Azerbaijani players i know little bit. Very Brazilian players. I followed the team in Serbian Euro and Colombia Mundial. 

-There are many futsal children teams in Spain and Brazil. Is very important the beginning of the formation for later play in good division and national team, if don`t have this formation for kids you must find players in other countries and invest too much money. In summer time i have 14 academies in Spain and around 400 kids play futsal! Is the very good project because, with this money we can help some people in Mali and Ivory Coast with clothes and school materials. They are very good players because have very good coach and very good formation, the beginning of this players was in streets! They spend many hours every day playing futsal , is the mind secret !! Now the players are different, they spend his time with TV, phones ...  So it`s a big problem. Azerbaijan must invest in U15, U17 and U21 leagues , and invest in good coach, is the most important for the future because now the national team are Brazilian players.

-Serbian league i think is good league. Now the level in europe in many countries isn`t very good and good players can play around the world. Is easier now than, in the past. Because, have many videos and is easy contact with different clubs. Sometimes the visa is problem too. Many clubs don`t want to do a lot of papers and prefer invest in European players.

-Of course, i was in different countries , Cyprus U21 players, France, Romania, Australia, Bali and Spain. Always was very good experience. I love futsal and isn`t a problem fly to other countries, i prefer give my experience like coach to young players and kids. So why not one day in Azerbaijan!

-Alex ( El diablo de Cieza) because his progression was incredible , he worked too much to arrive first division and national team! So he plays for El Pozo.

-Not much, because Diego and Matias are very good coach, they did very good job and the changed the mentality of his players in few time. Congratulations Argentina! They changed the mentality.

-I would like have some own club with kids! Now I am working with the method training for kids in different place of Spain and i would like to export other countries in 6-7 months. If futsal is near me I am happy!
